Most customers rent their coolers because of our all inclusive service package. Every 26 weeks we call at your premises to change the filters, clean the cooler externally with an anti-bacterial spray, we then use an Ozone Generator to sanitise the inside of the cooler and any water contact surface.

Each visit is recorded on your water cooler service card. Any faults , call outs and part replacement are also covered. If we can't fix it there and then we will give you an exchange cooler so that you aren't left without chilled drinking water for staff or customers.

If you purchase the cooler you have parts and labour covered for the first 12 months, after this time any call outs are chargeable, plus spare parts.
